First you need a picture. Then you create a new layer and set it as top. Now you need to fill your picture with a bunch of words (they should be in one folder). After that you click the folder and select the background with the "magic wand" tool. Now right click and select "reverse selection". Now click on the top layer and hit the delete-button.
